At Second Skin we make sure to deliver zero-defect products to our customers. Every product in the line goes through a series of rigorous quality inspections before going live for sale.
To make sure that we are providing the superior quality products of Second Skin, Please help us by refusing to receive the orders with tampered and compromised packaging.
Still, in case our customers find any defects in our products, we want to make the entire process of return hassle-free.
- The return process can be easily initiated if you find any damage(s) or defect(s) in the products purchased from us by raising a complaint with customer care within 2 days from the date of receiving the order. You can notify customer care about the return via email or a phone call by mentioning order details like Order ID, Date of purchase, mobile number of the customer and attaching the corresponding receipts.

- Our customer care shall start the return process within 7 business days from the point of complaint.
- Please make sure to retain a photograph or copy of the order receipt before handing over the product to the logistics agent.
- A refund shall be initiated once we receive the returned order.
- In case you want to exchange the damaged product with the proper product of the same kind, please mention the same via an email or a phone call within 48 hours from the delivery of the product.
Please note that:
- Return requests placed after 48 hours from the time of delivery shall not be accepted.
- Only the products with defects that could be verified by our team and also in saleable condition with price tags and information tags are accepted for return
- Products that are not handled according to the product care instructions are not accepted for return.
- Products that are exclusively customized cannot be accepted for return.
- Returns are subject to the decision of Second Skin’s Quality checking experts after a thorough inspection.
- Products which are designed on demand are not eligible for returns.
